Smoked Holiday Turkey
We brine our turkeys to ensure the most tender and moist bird possible.
The turkeys are fully cooked and just need to be reheated to for service or served at room temperature if you prefer.
The weight is a precooked weight.
We cannot guarantee exact size due bird to bird variation and to cooking lose.
$55/ turkey (approximately 18 pounds)
Pick up Date Wednesday, November 26th.
All preorders must be completed by November 17th.
Preparation:
Room temperature/ Cold: simply remove from the refrigerator 3hours before serving, then slice and serve.
Hot: To serve the whole smoked turkey hot; place in a sealed roaster pan or wrapped in foil and heat to 325 degrees for approximately 10-15 minutes per pound.
